SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and include third-party tracking and delivery confirmation.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation of shipping via email.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Park Pass Sleeves is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to love your Park Pass Sleeve! In many cases, returns or exchanges are allowed. Please see the guidelines below in reference to returns and exchanges.
Non-Custom Items:
Returns of non-custom items are allowed within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom Orders:
Because custom items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the customer's responsibility to review photo placement, confirm image quality, and verify all text, spelling and personalization details before submitting the order. Once production begins, I am unable to make any changes.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible at info@parkpasssleeves.com. I will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
